The customer has the right to:
- Get a service according to the level of quality defined by TMB.
- Be informed of the offered service, of how it is given, of the incidences, and also of the fares and the various travelcards available.
- Be treated correctly by all the staff in the company.
- Make any pertinent claims in relation to the offered service.
- Get an answer to any claims made within the 15 days after their reception by TMB.
- Transport prams, as far as they do not represent a nuisance for the other users of the service.
- Change the ticket for another one to travel any other day in the event the trip has been suspended.
